Jon Boski, is President and Founder of Medcillary. He brings 13 years of medical sales, management and leadership experience from the largest Biopharmaceutical company, Pfizer, Inc. Jon has started multiple successful business ventures arranging from real-estate, jewelry, and medical ancillary companies. He has been a general partner in a laboratory leading it to significant success and has worked lab side as well as sales side. Jon has also led a large Medical Ancillary company while managing over 500 employees, grew the business, increased product offerings for the sales representatives and physician partners. He has a true passion for building successful companies and helping create successful partnerships. He’s an Honor’s graduate from the University of Oklahoma with two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees and a minor in legal studies. Originally from Plano, TX, he currently lives in Dallas. During his free time, you can find him attending a Sooners event, riding his hoverboard, walking his dog, Mason, or cooking a fresh homemade pot of Kimchi soup.
Karen Gawley, After receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of North Texas, Karen began her career in recruitment and HR as a federal government employee for 9 years at UT Dallas. Karen’s medical marketing background began 2 years ago while working as VP of Operations at DocServe LLC, where she began working with Jon Boski. She’s part of the grassroots founding efforts at Medcillary. She serves as Jon’s right-hand and assists administrative and recruitment initiatives at Medcillary. She’s from Plano, TX and enjoys spending time with family.
Kelly Dupre, graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, and a minor in Criminal Justice. She has several years of experience in retail sales and is excited about the start of her career as an administrative assistant with Medcillary. Kelly looks forward to new challenges, and growing with the company. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys working out, watching crime shows and spending time with her nieces, nephews and cat, Lola.
RJ Jones, Foremost, we would like to thank RJ for his service to our country with the 5 years that he spent in the US Navy. In the Navy, he obtained his certification as an Operating Room Technician and Emergency Medical Technician.
For the past 20 years, RJ’s successes and experiences have been in the operating suite from a technical, clinical, training, and sales capacity. RJ has obtained certifications from Zimmer, Stryker, and Excel Orthopedics (DJO), with a focus on orthopedic implants and medical devices.
